Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Manager at Bhushan Jewellers, located in Solan. The Manager will oversee day-to-day operations, manage staff, monitor store performance, and ensure customer satisfaction is achieved. Responsibilities include inventory management, implementing sales strategies, ensuring a high standard of service, maintaining store policies, and leading the team to achieve business goals.Qualifications- Leadership and team management skills to inspire and guide the team - Operational skills, including inventory management and compliance with store policies - Customer service and communication skills to engage effectively with clients and ensure a satisfying experience - Problem-solving and decision-making capabilities to address challenges efficiently - Business acumen and an understanding of sales strategies and performance tracking - Proficiency in using CRM systems and tools relevant to retail management - Knowledge or experience in the jewellery or luxury retail industry is an added advantage - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field - Minimum experience reqired of 2 years
