Kora Retail is committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences while growing as a future-ready footwear brand.Role Description·  Set daily targets for sales executives and monitor their performance.·  Motivate the staff regularly to make them accountable for their daily targets.·  Taking daily attendance of the sales staff and other supporting store staff and updating in the register and informing the head office.·  Conduct gate meeting and compile the minutes of the meeting in the gate meeting register.·  Deposit the cash from the sales into the bank account.·  Posting of expenditures in the cash payments of ERP· Daily Reconcile the daybook / cash book with sales & expenditures · Daily settlement of the sales is made through credit cards, UPI and wallets and file the settlement slips regularly.· Filing of Cash deposit slips. Expenditure bills, and credit card settlement slips, etc.· Identify the fast-moving items, category wise, brand wise and gender wise and get the stocks refilled regularly.· Identify the slow-moving items category wise, brand wise and gender wise and inform the head office and clear the stocks.· Every month find one bulk order from the local office, schools, and other corporate institutions.· Maintain customer walk in register and contact the repeat customers and appraise of new arrivals.· Every day change the showroom footwear and non-footwear displays.· Arrangement of the stocks category wise or price range wise.· Special Displays for EOSS stocks, offer stocks separately.· Recruiting the new sales staff and other store supporting staff. Weekly Works· Weekly market survey for trending products, compiling the observations and sending to the head office.· Generate weekly sales target versus achieved and appraise the sales team and head office.· Generate weekly category wise stock position of fast moving and slow-moving reports and appraise the sales team and head office.· Giving feedback on new arrivals sales performance to the head office. Monthly Works· Monthly self-audit of the stocks, reporting the head office of about the stock status.· Bill value wise, pairs value wise, category wise sales performance, Sales executive wise sales performance reporting to the head office· Monthly Stock turn over report, Store expenditures report.QualificationsStrong Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills to ensure an excellent shopping experienceExcellent Communication skills to lead and engage effectively with both customers and the teamStore Management expertise and the ability to oversee staff, inventory, and operations efficientlyProficiency in Retail Loss Prevention practices to safeguard inventory and minimize lossesProven leadership abilities and organizational skillsExperience in the retail sector is a valuable assetBachelor’s degree or relevant professional experience in retail management preferred
