APPLICATION PROCESSPlease apply using the below google form:Please note, applicants who do not complete this form cannot be considered for the role.POSITION SUMMARYThe School Finance Access Coordinator will support the implementation of the SchoolLeadership Academy, which builds the capacity of low-fee private schools to access financing.Working alongside and under the guidance of the School Finance Access Lead, the Coordinatorwill help organize and deliver workshops, mobilize schools, collect and manage participant data,and provide basic field support to schools throughout the financing process.RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.Program Coordination & SupportAssist in planning and organizing School Leadership Academy workshops, includinglogistics, materials preparation, registration, and coordination with facilitators andvenues.Support the delivery of training sessions and co-facilitate basic modules as needed.Help ensure a smooth experience for school participants before, during, and afterworkshops.School MobilizationHelp identify and engage low-fee private schools that are potential first-time borrowers.Work with private school associations, government officials and other partners to recruitparticipants for the Academy.Conduct outreach via calls, school visits, or local community events.Data Collection & AnalysisCollect participant information and manage attendance records and feedback forms.Conduct post-training follow-up calls with schools to assess impact and track outcomes.Input and organize data in EduFinance’s data collection platform and basic dashboards.Support reporting to internal and external stakeholders.Field SupportVisit schools to understand their needs, provide follow-up guidance, and help themcomplete requirements for loan applications.Serve as a liaison between schools and partner financial institutions where needed.Financial Institution EngagementSupport communication and coordination with financial institution partners to understandloan eligibility criteria and track school applications.● Help document challenges schools face in accessing finance and communicate theseback to the program lead for potential intervention.Ensure timely delivery of school leads and loan pipeline data to each partner financialinstitution following workshops.Track financial institution follow-up with schools and support ongoing engagement toconvert leads into active borrowers.SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITY• NoneQUALIFICATIONSBachelor’s degree in education, social sciences, international development, business, orrelated fields.2-4 years of experience in program coordination, community mobilization, adulteducation, or data collection roles.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Proficiency in data entry and analysisComfortable speaking in front of large groups and facilitating sessions.Strong interpersonal skills and ability to engage with school leaders and local partners.Prior experience in low-fee private school contexts or financial inclusion is a plus.Energetic, proactive, and mission-driven team player eager to support impact-orientedwork.LANGUAGE REQUIREMENTSProficiency in English and at least one local language is required.TRAVEL REQUIREMENTSUp to 60% required annually- frequent travel within India to deliver workshops and visitschools.
