Department: Finance & AccountsLocation: Silver Streak Multi-Speciality HospitalReporting To: Chief Executive Officer (CEO) / Board of DirectorsJob Type: Full-timeExperience Required: 10 – 15 years (with minimum 5–7 years in a hospital/healthcare setup preferred)Qualification: CA / MBA (Finance) / or equivalent professional qualificationJob SummarySilverStreak Multi-Speciality Hospital is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Finance Manager to oversee the hospital’s financial operations and strategy. The ideal candidate should bring strong expertise in financial planning, compliance, revenue cycle management, and hospital-specific financial systems. This role is critical in aligning financial performance with the hospital’s growth and service excellence goals while ensuring transparency, compliance, and cost efficiency.Key Responsibilities1. Financial Planning & Strategy• Develop annual budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans.• Align financial strategy with hospital’s growth and expansion objectives.• Conduct feasibility studies for new service lines, facilities, or medical equipment investments.2. Revenue & Cost Management• Monitor revenue streams (OPD, IPD, diagnostics, pharmacy, procedures, insurance/TPA).• Optimize operational costs while maintaining high-quality patient care.• Implement cost control initiatives and conduct departmental profitability analysis.3. Financial Reporting & Analysis• Ensure timely preparation of accurate financial statements and MIS reports.• Perform variance analysis (budget vs actual) and recommend corrective actions.• Present financial performance insights to management and the board.4. Cash Flow & Working Capital Management• Monitor daily cash flow and ensure adequate liquidity for smooth operations.• Oversee receivables (insurance/TPA, corporates, patients) and payables (vendors, consultants, staff).• Manage loans, overdrafts, and investment decisions to optimize working capital.5. Compliance & Risk Management• Ensure adherence to statutory regulations (Income Tax, GST, TDS, PF, ESI, etc.).• Implement internal controls to prevent financial risks and revenue leakages.• Oversee hospital insurance policies, medico-legal finances, and risk coverage.6. Audit & Governance• Coordinate with internal, external, and statutory auditors.• Ensure transparent documentation and smooth audit closure.• Uphold governance standards as per hospital board policies.7. Systems & Process Improvement• Oversee ERP/HIS financial module implementation and optimization.• Drive automation in billing, collections, and reporting to reduce errors.• Strengthen internal controls and reduce dependency on manual processes.8. Stakeholder Management• Work closely with hospital leadership, department heads, and external stakeholders (banks, TPAs, corporates).• Provide financial advisory support to the CEO/Board for decision-making.• Negotiate effectively with vendors, consultants, and partners for cost and contract optimization. 9.
