The STEM Mentor will be responsible for guiding students in developing their skills in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics. Key responsibilities include designing and delivering engaging learning materials, assisting students in developing innovative projects, and providing support to help them achieve their educational goals. The role involves mentoring through virtual sessions, monitoring individual progress, and fostering a curious and collaborative learning environment.QualificationsProficiency in Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics concepts and their real-world applicationsKnowledge and inclination of experiential learning is a must Strong skills in instructional design, lesson planning, and mentoringExperience in fostering creativity, innovation, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skillsProficiency in using digital tools and platforms for virtual teaching and mentoringStrong verbal and written communication skillsAbility to adapt teaching methods to various learning styles and abilitiesPrior experience in STEM education or mentoring is a plusBachelor’s degree in a STEM field or Education is preferred
