You will be responsible for driving revenue growth, maintaining strong client relationships, and adapting strategies based on market trends.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for a Closing Manager – Residential Properties at SAA in Pune.The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end sales operations - including sourcing potential homebuyers, coordinating with channel partners, conducting client meetings and site visits, and closing bookings efficiently. The role requires strong negotiation skills, strategic planning capabilities, and the ability to conduct market research to support decision-making.
