Ltd. is seeking an experienced Senior CAM Programmer with strong hands-on expertise in UG NX / CATIA CAM and 3, 4 & 5-axis CNC machining. The role involves delivering high-quality CAM solutions, supporting manufacturing teams, and working closely with internal and customer stakeholders.Key Responsibilities- Develop, validate, and release NC programs using UG NX / CATIA V5 - Generate optimized toolpaths for 3, 4 & 5-axis CNC milling machines - Perform simulation and verification (Vericut or equivalent) to ensure error-free machining - Select appropriate cutting tools, speeds, and feeds for various materials - Support shop-floor prove-out, troubleshooting, and machining improvements - Interpret engineering drawings, GD&T, and customer specifications - Support FAI, process validation, and continuous improvement activities - Collaborate with Design, Quality, and Production teams to ensure manufacturability - Prepare and maintain CAM documentation and revision control - Provide technical guidance to junior programmers when requiredRequired Skills & Technical Expertise- Strong experience in UG NX (NX CAM) and/or CATIA V5 CAM - Proven expertise in 3, 4 & 5-axis CNC programming - Knowledge of G-code / M-code and CNC controls (FANUC / SIEMENS / HAAS) - Experience with CAM simulation tools (Vericut preferred) - Solid understanding of tooling, fixtures, and machining processes - Strong knowledge of GD&T (ASME / ISO) and manufacturing drawingsQualifications- Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering / Manufacturing / Electrical - 6–10 years of relevant experience in CAM programming & CNC manufacturing
