As we scale our teams across factory and office operations, we’re looking for an HR Manager who can bring structure, maturity, and strong people systems.Your RoleYou’ll lead HR operations and build the HR foundation for a growing organization — from policy-making and org design to performance systems and culture. We’re looking for someone who has experience in a scaling company and has built systems (policies, SOPs, hierarchy/frameworks) from scratch, not just maintained them.Key Responsibilities- Lead end-to-end recruitment for office teams (sourcing, interviews, onboarding). - Design and implement HR policies, SOPs, and frameworks (attendance, leave, conduct, performance, grievance handling, etc.). - Support building organization structure and hierarchy: roles, reporting lines, KRAs, job descriptions, appraisal cycles. - Build and run performance review systems and documentation (goal setting, reviews, increments, promotions). - Oversee compensation structure coordination, payroll inputs, and HR documentation hygiene. - Drive office decorum, discipline, and professional conduct standards. - Support training programs, staff communication routines, and engagement initiatives. - Act as escalation point for employee queries and grievances; ensure resolutions are fair and documented. - Ensure consistent implementation of HR processes across departments.Requirements- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field. - 5–8+ years experience in HR (Generalist/HRBP/HR Ops), ideally with exposure to manufacturing + office teams. - Must-have: Experience in a growing/scaling company where you’ve created HR systems (policies, SOPs, org structure/hierarchy, performance frameworks). - Strong process orientation, documentation discipline, and stakeholder management skills. - Familiarity with Excel/HRMS tools and payroll coordination. - Excellent communication, maturity, and interpersonal etiquette.What You’ll Gain- Opportunity to build HR systems and culture at scale (not just run routine HR tasks). - Leadership visibility and ownership to help shape Galaxy Garments into a more structured organization. - Exposure to both manufacturing and retail brand work environments.
