Ltd. is hiring an experienced E-commerce Manager to lead our online sales operations across India's top e-commerce and quick commerce platforms.The RoleEnd-to-end management of Amazon, Flipkart, IndiaMART, Blinkit, and expansion into Meesho, Myntra, JioMart, and Nykaa. Responsibilities include product listings, inventory & pricing optimization, ads management, and performance reporting to our India Directors.Critical Requirement: E-commerce Policy Expertise This is not just about uploading products—it's about staying ahead of platform policy changes. You must understand e-commerce policies deeply and implement changes in real-time. Account suspensions due to policy non-compliance can halt business operations. We need someone who proactively monitors policy updates, understands their implications, and reflects them across our operations immediately.What We Need- Minimum 3+ years in B2C e-commerce operations (B2B experience is a strong advantage) - Expert-level knowledge of Amazon Seller Central & Flipkart Seller Hub - Deep understanding of e-commerce platform policies and compliance requirements - Proven track record of managing policy changes and preventing account issues - Ads management and catalog troubleshooting expertise - Quick commerce platform experience is a strong plus - Hindi language skills preferred - Data analysis, automotive, or beauty category experience is a bonusAbout You Strategic problem-solver who stays updated on policy changes, mitigates compliance risks, and manages end-to-end operations independently.What We Offer- Competitive salary: ₹50,000 - ₹80,000/month (negotiable) - Full-time, on-site role in Nungambakkam, Chennai - Immediate joiner preferredApply: wonson@
