Our platform connects identity lifecycle, access control, risk, audit, and data protection on a single knowledge graph, enabling autonomous assurance and secure orchestration across the business. Compliance is embedded into everyday operations: AI agents interpret policy, verify evidence, contain exposure, and coordinate actions—while every decision remains explainable and traceable.Engineering-led and customer-focused, we design for interoperability with the ecosystems enterprises rely on and the standards they must meet. We partner with security, risk, and business teams to replace point tools and manual effort with connected context and outcomes that stand up to scrutiny.How we operateHow we build: We do not follow traditional product development. We use AI tools, LLMs, AI agents, and natural-language–guided AI pair programming (“vibe-coding”) to accelerate learning and delivery.Mentoring & Guidance: We provide templates, SOPs, code scaffolds, curated prompts, and hands-on enablement for platforms, workflows, and secure engineering practices. The Senior Architect team will be involved at all phases for guidance and direction (including initial hand-holding/mentoring), while you progressively learn and own end-to-end deliverables.Culture: We empower team members end-to-end to achieve our shared goals, while grounded in values and respect.What you'll doBuild the SYplat product and its integrations by implementing and configuring platform functionalities, cloud services, and AI agents/AI-assisted workflows that power our semantic security platform.You will work under the continuous guidance of the Senior Architect team and deliver using Agile methodologies, meeting release, acceptance, product-standard, and security criteria. Acceptance reviews are conducted by the Product Manager/Product Owner in line with Agile practices, with the Senior Architect team providing mentorship.In short, you will predominantly work on:- Developing AI agents and AI-assisted workflows - Building end-to-end SYplat platform components from UI to persistent store - Implementing and integrating cloud services (data, APIs, workflows, storage, messaging, databases) - Integrating with identity/security products (e.g., Microsoft Entra, other enterprise security/IAM products, and a few SAP security products)All of this is done with strong use of AI tools and LLMs in day-to-day engineering.AI-assisted engineering, AI-agent development- Use AI tools, LLMs, to build AI agents to translate product requirements and scenarios into working realizations through development and configuration of application components and cloud services across industry-leading PaaS/IaaS providers and SaaS solutions (e.g., Microsoft Azure, Microsoft Entra, other enterprise security/IAM products, and a few SAP security products), under the Senior Architect team’s mentoring.Implementation, configuration & integration (end-to-end)- Translate product requirements and scenarios into working prototypes and components using: - Application code - Cloud services and configurations - Integrations across leading PaaS/IaaS and SaaS platforms (e.g., Microsoft Azure, Microsoft Entra, other enterprise security/IAM products, and a few SAP security products).Contribute (as appropriate for an intern) across the full stack:- UI - APIs/services - Data access and persistence/DB - Telemetry/observabilityAssist in implementing secure integrations and data exchanges, with:- Instrumentation for performance and reliability - Supportability hooks (logs, metrics, simple dashboards, etc.)Rapid prototyping → reliable deliveryStart with prototypes to validate the approach and feasibility. With support from the Senior Architect team, take selected prototypes towards more production-ready deliverables with:- Tests and input validation - Logging/metrics - Basic rollback pathsAgile delivery & collaborationParticipate in Agile sprints:- Stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives - AI-assisted minutes and action itemsWork using the Definition of Ready/Done is suitable for internship-level tasks.Learn to:- Estimate your tasks - Demo work frequently - Track tasks to closure - Surface blockers early with possible mitigation optionsYou will be guided on how to behave as a professional engineer within an Agile product team.You will also be introduced to Quality practices:- Unit/integration/E2E testing aligned to SYplat’s standards - Secrets management and least privilege - Dependency hygiene - Structured logs and metrics - Resilience practicesProcess discipline: Following SYplat’s processes, procedures, guidelines, and methodology.Over time in the internship, you are expected to take increasing ownership of your deliverables, while still being guided.You will learn how to use AI not just for prompts, but as a serious engineering accelerator.What you bring- Learning agility (mandatory): ability to acquire new concepts, tools, and platforms quickly; proactive inquiry; steady improvement. - Problem-solving (mandatory): structured analysis of ambiguous problems; evaluation of alternatives; sound technical judgment; appropriate use of prototypes and experiments. - Out-of-the-box thinking (mandatory): creative, practical solutions to apply across the entire platform (architecture, design, workflows, processes)—not limited to prompts. - People & communication (mandatory): clear written/oral communication, professional collaboration, concise demos, and status updates across functions. - Programming fundamentals (mandatory): proficiency in at least one language (e.g., Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Java, or any other language). - Cloud exposure (advantage): familiarity with configuring and operating services on major clouds—Microsoft Azure and Microsoft Entra are strong pluses. - SQL knowledge (advantage): ability to read/write queries for validation, reporting, and troubleshooting. - Professionalism: commitment to SYplat’s processes, procedures, guidelines, and methodology; accountability for outcomes under the Senior Architect’s ongoing guidance.Internship Period: 3-6 months, based on factors applicable to the right candidate. For exemplary pre-final-year students, we are also open to shorter durations.Location: At our Coimbatore Development Centre.- This is a learning-focused, immersive internship with the potential for a full-time role / pre-placement offer (PPO) based on performance and business need.
