Disrupt IDfy’s international markets by launching new propositions that will help us grow our revenues and market share2. Ensure that propositions that are launched are adopted effectively and in a scalable way by IDfy’s enterprise clientsActivities performed -Early Stage1. Identify opportunities in different countries and create a set of ideas2. Pick the right ideas to develop into propositions3. Conceptualise propositions for these opportunities - such as merchant acquiring, branch banking, staffing and video concierge4. Craft the pitch and concoct the demo5. Present effectively to senior audiences6. Define the proposition further in terms of business benefits / requirements, user flows7. Convince clients to adopt on the back of compelling business logic whilst creating tools such as cost benefit calculators, competitive matrix etc.8. Take anchor client effectively through the life cycle of the adoption9. Oversee testing and POCsMiddle and Late Stages1. Define the Target Account List and support the Go to Market activities2. Grow engagement with clients on the back of proposition by leveraging Sales, Pre-Sales and Customer Success teams3. Engage with product and tech teams to complete solution design, add to roadmap and oversee delivery4. Engage with clients in the pre-sales phase and post-sales phase5. Ensure client adoption6. Grow market share for given propositionExperience & Competencies1. Qualitative and quantitative analysis, structured thinking2. Ability to prioritise3. Great presentation skills and ability to persuade prospects to test4. Ability to market propositions effectively5. Being able to drive change internally6. Being empathetic towards the client and accountable as well7. Total 7+ years experience in strategy/implementation/product consulting across MBB & product/fintech companies
