At Tamanna Punjabi Kapoor, we foster an environment that encourages collective growth, allowing each member to thrive creatively while contributing to the creation of exquisite bridal wear that embodies love and eleganceResponsibilities-Create and develop designs for sarees, lehengas, anarkalis, shararas, kurtas, and fusion wear. -Contribute ideas to seasonal collections while ensuring alignment with brand aesthetics and current fashion trends. -To ensure with regard to garment silhouettes the desired fit and style are achieved. -To ensure the entire process of garment construction, from sketches to final products, are maintained with high-quality standards. -Execute the sampling process while ensuring samples meet design and quality expectations. -Create mood boards for seasonal collections and design presentations for client meetings. -Collaborate with sampling and production teams to ensure accurate pattern execution. -Design intricate embroidery patterns that enhance the garment’s appeal. - Work with artisans and vendors to ensure high-quality embroidery craftsmanship -Maintain detailed cost sheets, range sheets, and fabric, trim, and embroidery swatch cards for seasonal collections. -Work closely with the design, production, and merchandising teams to ensure seamless collaboration and timely product launches.Qualifications- 5 years of experience in fashion design, specifically in women’s Indian clothing. -Worked with Fashion Houses and Designers. -Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design or a related field. -Strong expertise in silhouette design, garment construction, and pattern making. -Proficient in embroidery design and creating digital and foil prints. -Understanding of fabric properties and their application in Indian wear. -Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Canva, and MS Office. -Strong sketching and illustration skills.
