Role SummaryWe’re looking for a high-energy Telesales Executive who can convert interest into action. This role is pure performance, focused on high-volume outbound calling and delivering measurable conversions for CELPIP test registrations in India.Key Responsibilities- Make a minimum of 150 outbound calls per day to prospective CELPIP test-takers. - Achieve and maintain a 20% conversion rate from qualified leads to successful CELPIP sales. - Follow up promptly on inbound leads assigned via CRM, WhatsApp, email, and website forms. - Understand customer context (temporary visa needs, work permit goals, timelines) and pitch the right CELPIP offering confidently. - Maintain accurate and timely call logs, lead status, and conversion updates in the CRM. - Share daily performance reports: calls made, meaningful connects, conversions, and revenue generated. - Provide insights from customer conversations to improve scripts, FAQs, and marketing content. - Work closely with the CELPIP Sales & Operations teams to ensure smooth customer experience pre- and post-purchase. - Uphold Prometric’s brand standards with clear, polite, and professional communication.Performance Expectations (Non-Negotiable)- 150+ outbound calls every working day - 20% conversion rate on qualified leads - Same-day follow-up on all fresh leads - Zero tolerance for incomplete CRM entries or missed reporting deadlinesRequired Skills & Competencies- Strong communication skills in English + one Indian language (Hindi, Kannada, Tamil, Telugu, Punjabi, Gujarati — any is fine). - Ability to handle high call volumes with a positive attitude. - Proven track record in telesales or inside sales (preferred: education, testing, or immigration categories). - Comfortable working with targets, pressure, and fast-paced environments. - Basic CRM usage knowledge; ability to learn quickly. - Empathy + selling skill: ability to understand the customer's goal and position CELPIP accordingly.Qualifications- Minimum 2–5 years’ telesales or call-centre experience. - Graduate preferred, but not mandatory if performance history is strong. - Fluency in Spoken English
