This role involves actively learning and performing key operational tasks, including inventory management, team coordination, and customer service, with a strong focus on maintaining efficiency and adherence to company protocols.Key Responsibilities:- Learn and execute daily operational processes to ensure smooth floor activities. - Coordinate with team members to assign and oversee daily tasks and responsibilities. - Ensure adherence to safety and hygiene protocols across the floor. - Assist in training and guiding floor staff for performance optimization. - Maintain accurate records and documentation related to floor operations. - Prepare reports and presentations as required by management.Skills & Qualifications:- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. - Strong organizational and time-management skills. - Good communication and interpersonal abilities. - Ability to lead by example and work collaboratively within a team. - Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment. - Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards.Education & Experience:- Bachelor's degree or equivalent (preferred, but not mandatory). - Prior experience in a similar operational or floor-level role is an advantage but not required.
