This role is pivotal in establishing enterprise-grade IT processes, managing device security, ensuring seamless connectivity across multiple locations, and creating a secure information management framework. You will lead a small team and work cross-functionally to support KEUS's rapid growth while maintaining the highest standards of security and operational efficiency.Key Responsibilities:1. Mobile Device Management (MDM) & Endpoint Security- Evaluate, implement, and manage MDM solutions (e.g., Jamf, Microsoft Intune, Kandji, Mosyle) for company laptops (macOS/Windows) and mobile devices - Establish device enrolment, provisioning, and configuration policies for new employees - Implement endpoint security policies, including disk encryption, remote wipe capabilities, and application whitelisting - Manage OS updates, security patches, and software deployment across all endpoints - Create device compliance policies and automated remediation workflows2. VPN & Network Connectivity- Design and deploy a VPN solution (e.g., Tailscale, NetBird, Headscale, WireGuard) for secure organization-wide connectivity - Ensure secure, low-latency access to internal resources for remote employees and field teams - Configure VPN profiles and distribute them via MDM for seamless onboarding - Implement network segmentation and access control policies based on user roles and locations - Monitor VPN performance, troubleshoot connectivity issues, and ensure 99%+ uptime3. IT Asset Management & Lifecycle- Establish and maintain a comprehensive IT asset inventory system (hardware, software licenses, peripherals) - Define and implement asset lifecycle processes: procurement, deployment, maintenance, retrieval, and disposal - Manage vendor relationships for hardware procurement, negotiate contracts, and ensure cost-effective purchasing - Track asset depreciation, warranty status, and schedule timely replacements - Implement secure data erasure and environmentally responsible disposal processes for end-of-life assets4. Team Leadership & Performance Management- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 2 IT support/administration staff - Define KPIs, conduct performance reviews, and create professional development plans - Establish IT support workflows, SLAs, and ticketing processes - Conduct regular audits of team activities, response times, and resolution quality - Build documentation and knowledge bases for common IT procedures5. IT Infrastructure & Network Management- Oversee network infrastructure across headquarters, experience centers, showrooms, and remote offices - Manage cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) for internal tools and collaboration platforms - Implement and manage identity & access management (IAM) systems (e.g., Okta, Google Workspace Admin, Azure AD) - Configure and maintain firewalls, DNS, DHCP, and network monitoring tools - Ensure business continuity with backup systems, disaster recovery plans, and redundancy - Coordinate with ISPs and service providers for connectivity at all locations6. Information Security & Compliance- Develop and enforce information security policies, guidelines, and best practices - Implement data classification, access controls, and DLP (Data Loss Prevention) measures - Conduct periodic security audits, vulnerability assessments, and penetration testing - Manage employee security awareness training and phishing simulation programs - Ensure compliance with relevant standards (ISO 27001, SOC 2, GDPR awareness) - Establish incident response procedures and lead security incident investigations7.
