Drive innovation in eco-friendly building solutions, leveraging advanced engineering techniques and materials science to revolutionize the industry.Responsibilities:- Work includes site supervision, prototype building, team handling (4–8 workers), fabricator coordination, measurement accuracy, and hands-on assembly using basic mechanical tools. - You will manage daily work, ensure quality, document progress, and use AI tools for reporting.Requirements:- 2–10 years experience in construction, fabrication, civil/mechanical supervision, or project execution. - Must be practical, reliable, good with workers, and comfortable staying on site full time. - Proficiency in CAD software and FEA tools. - Strong understanding of bamboo construction techniques. - Excellent project management and communication skills. - Communicate in local language (Marathi and Hindi)Bonus: experience with bamboo, modular structures, screw piles, or R&D prototypes.
