The role demands strong leadership, administrativeexcellence, and deep understanding of competitive sports ecosystems. The incumbent willbe responsible for overall academy operations, strategic planning, athlete developmentframeworks, and stakeholder coordination, ensuring the academy emerges as a centre ofexcellence for ice hockey in India.Key Responsibilities:- Oversee end-to-end administration and operations of the Ice Hockey Academy - Develop and implement long-term strategic plans for academy growth and performance - Manage coaches, trainers, support staff, and administrative teams - Ensure structured training programs, competition planning, and athlete development pathways - Coordinate with sports federations, governing bodies, and external partners - Manage budgets, infrastructure, logistics, and compliance requirements - Establish discipline, governance, and performance standards aligned with elite sports culture - Oversee talent identification, selection, and progression systems - Act as the primary liaison with parents, sponsors, institutions, and authorities - Ensure athlete welfare, safety protocols, and ethical sports practices.Preferred Candidate Profile:- Background in Ice Hockey, Field Hockey, or Indian Armed Forces (Army) - Proven leadership experience in sports academies, training institutions, or defense led sports programs - Strong administrative, operational, and people-management skills - Exposure to high-performance sports environments and structured training systems - Ability to lead with discipline, integrity, and long-term vision.Educational Qualification- Graduate or Postgraduate (Sports Management, Physical Education, or related field preferred)Key Skills & Competencies:- Sports administration and academy management - Strategic planning and execution - Leadership and team building - Budgeting and operational control - Stakeholder management and coordination - Discipline management and athlete mentoring - Strong communication and decision-making abilitiesInterested candidates can send there resumes at jhanvi@ or 9230998557
