We’re a forward-thinking advertising team looking for passionate designers with creative ideas, zeal to learn and an excellent eye for detail.The ideal candidate will have strong creative skills and a portfolio of work which demonstrates their passion for illustrative, Digital and Print design.Responsibilities Lead the creative design vertical to conceptualize and execute impactful campaigns for Government ministries, departments, and PSUs. Develop graphics for Social Media creatives, digital banners, logos, brochures, leaflets, Illustrations. Oversee design and production of all online and offline marketing materials. Conceptualize and execute the creative design strategy behind ad campaigns. Maintain awareness of current industry and technology standards, social media, competitive landscape and market trends. Collaborate with copywriters, strategists, and client servicing teams to translate briefs into compelling visual narratives. Think creatively and develop new design concepts, graphics and layouts based on client's requirements and content. Ability to illustrate your idea in various looks and styles and quickly translate your ideas visually. Select colors, images, text style, and layout as per the brand guidelines. Video – Short videos, Motion Graphics (Character Animation), GifsQualifications Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field. 7+ years of experience in graphic design, branding, and digital media. Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, XD/Figma). Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and composition.
