DevsLane offers various services ranging from proof-of-concepts to end-to-end developmentJob Description / Responsibilities- Enter transactions and reconcile account balances - Review Profit and Loss Account and Balance Sheet and make adjustment entries. - Prepare the Income Tax returns, TDS returns, GST returns for the organization. - To ensure legal compliances and look after income tax and GST related activities. - Responsible for raising invoices to clients and taking regular follow ups. - Responsible for approval and disbursement of the vendor’s invoices. - Record keeping of accounts books, billing, and payments. - Prepare payroll processing including salary calculation, reconciliation and payment file in a timely manner. - Ensure compliance with governmental laws on payroll accounting and taxes. - Stay up to date on local, state and international tax laws. - Assist with and act as the primary point-of-contact for auditor requests. - Provide accurate, timely, and relevant recording, reporting, and analysis of financial information to the management. - Responsible for implementing and ensuring adherence to the company's objectives for smooth functioning of day-to-day operations and accounting. - Coordinating with lawyers/consultants on tax related issues. - Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner.Desired profile of the candidate- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience - 1-3 years of experience as an Accountant or similar role (Preferably for a startup) - Competent in Advance MS- Excel. - Well versed with accounting software like Zoho Books, Tally etc.Office location - Chrysler Tech Centre, IT Park, DehradunJob Type: Full-timeDay shift (11A.M – 8P.M.)Working days -Monday to FridayJoining period - Immediate joiners are preferableSalary: ₹500,000.00 - ₹12,00,000.00 per year
