Job Summary:The Senior HR Associate will be responsible for the overall administration, coordination, and evaluation of the Human Resources function. This role is a strategic partner to the leadership team, driving organizational success by developing and executing HR strategies that support our business objectives, focusing on talent management, employee relations, compensation, and organizational development.Key Responsibilities:a) Strategic Leadership & Organizational Development- Strategic Planning: Align HR strategy with the company's business goals, acting as a key advisor to the senior management team. - Culture & Engagement: Champion and drive a positive, high-performance, and values-based company culture. Develop and implement strategies to boost employee morale, engagement, and retention. - Change Management: Lead and manage organizational change initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions and effective communication.b) Talent Management- Recruitment: Oversee and manage the full cycle of recruitment processes, focusing on sourcing, attracting, and retaining top talents. - Conduct onboarding formalities, documentation, and orientation sessions. - Manage exit interviews, clearance processes, and employee offboarding. - Maintain employee records and HR databases - Performance Management: Design, implement, and manage a robust performance appraisal system that encourages consistent feedback, development, and high accountability.c) Employee Relations & Compliance- Conflict Resolution: Manage complex employee relations issues, providing coaching and counsel to managers and employees on disciplinary actions, grievance resolution, and performance improvement. - Legal Compliance: Ensure the company's HR policies and procedures comply with all applicable federal, state, and local labor laws and regulations. - Policy Development: Develop, communicate, and enforce HR policies and procedures consistently across the organization.d) Compensation & Benefits- Compensation Strategy: Develop and administer competitive and equitable compensation structures, including salary benchmarking, annual reviews, and incentive plans. - Benefits Administration: Oversee the administration of all employee benefits programse) Employee Engagement- Lead employee engagement initiatives, surveys, and events.Required Qualifications:- Experience: 4 - 7 years of progressive experience in Human Resources, with at least 3+ years in a leadership/management role. - Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. - Skills: - Deep knowledge of labor law and HR best practices. - Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic HR plans. - Excellent leadership, communication (written and verbal), and interpersonal skills. - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. - Proficiency with HRIS systems - Immediate joiners preferred
