The Senior Sales Lead will oversee and drive sales strategies to achieve business objectives, build and maintain strong client relationships, conduct market analysis, and identify business opportunities. This role requires providing guidance and support to the sales team to meet targets, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance operational efficiency and revenue growth.Qualifications- Strong sales and business development skills, including experience in client management and account planning - Proven expertise in strategic planning, deal negotiation, and market trend analysis - Leadership abilities, with experience in guiding and mentoring a sales team - Excellent communication, presentation, and persuasion skills - Proficiency in using sales tools, CRM systems, and other relevant technologies - Familiarity with the HoReCa industry or B2B distribution is highly desirable - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA is a plus - Ability to work on-site in Chennai and willingness to travel when required
