With a focus on excellence, THOMAR Interiors transforms spaces into aesthetically pleasing environments.Role DescriptionCreate conceptual designs and design presentations to communicate ideas to clients.Develop detailed floor plans, basic plans ,detailed production drawings and elevations using design software( eg:-AutoCAD,SketchUp,Revit).Provide guidance and leadership to junior designers and support staff.Conduct site visits to assess spaces, take measurements, and ensure design implementation is accurate.Stay updated on the latest design trends, materials, and technologies in the industry.Ensure all designs comply with relevant building codes, regulations, and safety standards.Build and maintain positive relationships with clients and external partners.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.Proven experience as an Interior Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing residential projectsProficiency in design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.).Strong understanding of design principles, color theory, space planning, and materials.Excellent communication, presentation, and client management skills.Strong organizational and project management abilities.Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.Knowledge of current design trends and sustainable design practices is a plus.
