At Pegasus, childhood is celebrated as an enriching journey.Responsibilities- Develop and execute a simple, consistent social media strategy - Create posts, reels, and stories aligned with our brand/identity - Edit graphics, videos, and photos using the necessary tools - Schedule and publish posts regularly - Track engagement and suggest improvements - Work closely with management for content planning and ideas - Capture photos/videosRequirements- Young, energetic, creative mindset (students encouraged to apply) - Strong knowledge of Instagram, Reels, and basic social media posting - Ability to the necessary tools to design posts aligning with the identity - Good sense of storytelling - Basic understanding of social media trends & content formats - Ability to work independently and meet deadlines - Photography/video skills - Interest in education or Montessori philosophy is a plus (not mandatory)What we offer- Flexible working hours (perfect for students) - Creative freedom - A calm, supportive, and growth-oriented work culture - Part-time compensation based on skills and experience
