Responsibilities- Ensure smooth onboarding of new products into the system. - Regularly audit and update product details to maintain accuracy. - Monitor RTO orders and manage product inventory levels to prevent stock-out situations. - Identify opportunities for process improvement within product operations. - Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. - Collaborate closely with the operations team to streamline the delivery process. - Conduct regular checks and implement necessary corrections to ensure efficient and error-free deliveries.Qualification and Experience:- Graduate / MBA - Minimum 1 year of experience on an e-commerce platform or brand websiteSkills:- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) - Strong sense of urgency, with the ability to manage details and multiple tasks while adapting to changing priorities and feedback - Self-starter with a positive “can-do” attitude, willing to take ownership and complete tasks proactively - Strong work ethic and hands-on approach to problem solving
