Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Associate Dentist, located in Badhra. The Associate Dentist will be responsible for providing high-quality dental care to patients, including diagnostic assessments, preventive care, and treatment services. Key responsibilities include conducting dental procedures such as fillings, extractions, root canals, and making treatment plans. Collaboration with other dental professionals and ensuring patient satisfaction and safety are essential aspects of the role. Qualifications- Strong clinical skills, including expertise in dental procedures like fillings, extractions, and root canals - Diagnostic abilities, treatment planning, and knowledge of preventive dental care - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trust and rapport with patients - Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment - Professional dental degree (BDS or equivalent) and valid dental practice license - Commitment to staying updated on advancements in dental technologies and treatments - Experience in handling dental emergencies and adhering to safety and hygiene protocols
