Job Title

- Produce 3D models consistent with instruction, industry guidelines, and KP&J A&E standards and practices. - Clearly annotate, dimension, and detail 2D production drawings in conformance to KP&J standards and practices. - Manage the BIM workflow including folder organization, sheet sets, geo-location, plots, conversions, and transmittals. - Maintain structural BIM / CAD files for use in the structural design drawings (clean-up, audit, reference, troubleshooting). - Interface with engineers and clients to coordinate BIM modelling content and approaches, model exchanges, quality control, and delivery. - Use tools such as Navisworks for project collaboration across multiple disciplines. - Prepare and review project deliverables for client submissions. - Create 3D views or renderings on an as-needed basis for marketing or project use.Qualifications:- 0 to 3 years of experience in preparing structural construction documents using Revit/BIM project delivery. - Up-to-date knowledge and expertise with Revit software - Up-to-date knowledge and expertise with AutoCAD software - Strong understanding of how a building comes together - Ability to think in 3-D - Ability to draw sections and details with minimal input from the engineer - Proficiency with written and verbal communication skills - The ideal candidate will enjoy being part of a teamJob Type: Full-timePay: ₹20,000.00 Onwards per month- Day shift - Monday to Friday - Yearly BonusAbility to commute/relocate:- Chennai, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)Education:- Only Bachelors in Civil (Mandatory)Preferences:- Professional experience in AutoCAD and Revit is mandatory.
