These programs aim to provide quality education to children from marginalized communities. Aarohan's holistic education model emphasizes the overall development of the child. In addition to education, Aarohan focuses on child health and nutrition, skill development, women empowerment, and transgender equality. The organization collaborates with the Government of India's "Beti Bachao, Beti Padhao" initiative to promote girl child education. Position – Program Manager Location – New Delhi Employment – Full Time Salary: 5 to 6 lacs per annum (N ot a constraint for the right candidate) Program Planning and Development - Collaborate with senior management and stakeholders to develop program strategies and goals aligned with the organization's mission and objectives. Conduct needs assessments, research, and analysis to identify program priorities, target beneficiaries, and potential partners. Design and develop program plans, including objectives, activities, timelines, and budgets, ensuring feasibility and alignment with donor requirements. Project Management - Oversee the day-to-day implementation of programs and projects, ensuring adherence to plans, timelines, and budgets. Coordinate activities across different teams and departments, assigning tasks, and monitoring progress to achieve program objectives. Manage resources effectively, including human resources, finances, and materials, to optimize program delivery and maximize impact. Donor Reports – Gather data from relevant programs and projects, ensuring accuracy and completeness. Analyze program outcomes, financial expenditures, and other key metrics to include in reports. Draft donor reports, including program updates, financial summaries, success stories, and impact assessments. Ensure reports adhere to the donor’s specified formats and guidelines. Review all reports for accuracy, coherence, and alignment with the donor’s expectations. Submit reports within agreed timelines to meet donor deadlines. Maintain a tracking system for report submission schedules. Archive all reports and supporting documents for reference and audits. Ensure compliance with organizational policies and donor agreements. Capacity Building - Identify training needs and opportunities for staff, partners, and beneficiaries, designing and facilitating capacity-building activities as needed. Provide technical assistance, guidance, and mentoring to support the professional development and performance of program staff and partners. Promote a culture of learning and innovation within the organization, encouraging continuous improvement and adaptation based on evidence and best practices. Monitoring and Evaluation - Develop monitoring and evaluation frameworks to assess program performance, outcomes, and impact against established indicators and targets. Collect, analyses, and interpret data on program activities and outcomes, identifying strengths, weaknesses, and areas for improvement. Prepare regular progress reports for internal stakeholders, donors, and other relevant parties, highlighting achievements, challenges, and lessons learned. Partnership and Stakeholder Engagement – Cultivate and maintain relationships with donors, government agencies, community organizations, and other stakeholders to support program implementation and sustainability. Collaborate with partners to leverage resources, expertise, and networks for mutual benefit and enhanced program effectiveness. Represent the organization at meetings, conferences, and events, advocating for program priorities and promoting collaboration and knowledge sharing. Volunteer Management Content Creation & Curation – Develop, plan, and execute social media content calendar for all channels (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc.,) Create engaging, visually appealing, and on-brand content, including images, video’s, graphics, and captions. Track and report on social media performance metrics. Develop and implement strategies to grow the audience and increase engagement. Qualifications 4-5 years of experience in program Management Project Management and Logistics Management skills Experience in Expediting and Expeditor roles Inspection skills to ensure project compliance and quality Excellent organizational and communication skills Proven track record of managing projects and teams. Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and work on-site Experience in the non-profit sector is a plus Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
