Our mission is to empower businesses of all sizes with reliable, high-quality cybersecurity services, allowing them to concentrate on achieving their goals with confidence.Role DescriptionSeeking a highly experienced SAP STC/CS Consultant to lead functional design, configuration, and implementation for Service-to-Cash processes. You will partner with business and technical teams to optimize service order execution through billing and revenue recognition, ensuring seamless integration across CS/SD/FI-CO, and supporting testing, migration, documentation, and end-user enablement.Key ResponsibilitiesLead STC process design and implementation across service order management, contract management, billing, and revenue recognition alignment.Gather requirements, run workshops, translate into functional solutions, and drive continuous improvements.Configure and ensure strong integration between SAP CS, SD, and FI/CO to support STC process flows and financial postings.Support data migration activities (mapping, validation, reconciliation) and assist during cutover.Own/support SIT/UAT cycles: test scripts, defect triage, retesting, and sign-off support.Create functional documentation: process flows, configuration docs, SOPs, and training materials; conduct end-user training/KT.Troubleshoot functional issues, perform root-cause analysis, and stabilize STC operations post go-live.Work with technical teams on interfaces/integrations with third-party systems (field service, compliance, scheduling), including mapping and functional specs.Required Skills & Experience10+ years hands-on SAP functional experience with strong focus on Service-to-Cash, CS, SD, and FI/CO integration.Deep knowledge of STC/OTC process design and controls.Strong SAP configuration experience in service contracts, service orders, billing, and revenue-related flows.Experience in multi-region/global process rollouts is preferred.Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
