Full Stack Engineer (ReactJS + Python) – RemoteWe are hiring Full Stack Engineers (ReactJS + Python) to join a small founding team building a new product in the HR-tech space. This role involves end‑to‑end ownership of features across a ReactJS web application, Chrome extension, and backend services/APIs, with frequent integration of third‑party AI/LLM APIs such as Gemini and similar tools.Key Responsibilities• Develop responsive web applications using ReactJS and JavaScript.• Build and maintain backend services and REST APIs using Python (FastAPI or Flask preferred).• Integrate external AI/LLM APIs (Gemini) and design real-time interview assistance features (scoring, reporting, and interview prep).• Collaborate on Chrome extension development and ensure seamless interaction with the web app.• Use GitHub Copilot or similar tools extensively to speed up high-quality development.Requirements• 2–5 years of hands-on full stack experience with ReactJS, JavaScript, and Python.• Strong experience with Python frameworks such as FastAPI or Flask, and REST API design.• Proven experience integrating AI/LLM APIs into production applications.• Demonstrated extensive use of Copilot or similar AI coding assistants in day-to-day development.• Ability to work independently in a remote setup, deliver within tight timelines, and write clean, maintainable code.Location: 100% RemoteExperience: 2–5 YearsTech Stack: ReactJS, JavaScript, Python, FastAPI/Flask, AI/LLM APIs, Chrome Extensions, GitHub Copilot.
