Saxon AI is looking for a performance-driven Email Campaign & Digital Ads Specialist with strong HubSpot Marketing Hub expertise to drive our demand generation engine across AI, analytics, automation, and cloud solution offerings.What You’ll DoBuild and manage email campaigns, workflows, nurture journeys, and lead scoring in HubSpot.Run paid campaigns across LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, Meta, and YouTube.Create audience segments, retargeting lists, and optimize campaigns for CTR, CPL, and conversions.Collaborate with content, SDR, and solution teams on AI-focused campaigns.Track performance through HubSpot dashboards, GA4, UTMs, and attribution reporting.What You Bring2–5 years’ experience in email marketing + digital ads.Advanced HubSpot experience (automation, reporting, segmentation).Hands-on experience with LinkedIn + Google Ads for B2B lead gen.Strong copywriting and understanding of AI/tech audiences.Data-driven mindset and comfort with analytics tools.Nice-to-HavesExperience in AI, data, cloud, or digital consulting marketing.Basic design skills (Canva/Figma).Knowledge of enterprise personas (CIO, CTO, CDO, Data Leaders).Why Saxon AI?Work with a high-growth AI consulting brand.Own end-to-end multi-channel demand gen.Opportunity to innovate, experiment, and scale campaigns globally
