We are looking for a detail-oriented and dependable Accountant with strong experience in Accounts IQ to manage day-to-day accounting operations. This role is fully remote and aligned with Indian working hours, making it ideal for professionals experienced in handling structured accounting workflows independently.Key ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end accounting activities using Accounts IQMaintain accurate general ledger entries and financial recordsHandle accounts payable and accounts receivable processesAssist in monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial closePerform bank reconciliations and balance sheet reconciliationsPrepare financial reports and support management reportingEnsure compliance with accounting standards and internal controlsCoordinate with internal stakeholders for financial data and clarificationsSupport audits and documentation requirements when neededRequired Qualifications & Skills3–5 years of overall accounting experienceMinimum 2 years of hands-on experience with Accounts IQ (mandatory)Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reportingExperience with month-end close processesProficiency in MS Excel and accounting documentationHigh attention to detail and accuracyAbility to work independently in a remote setupStrong time management and communication skillsPreferred ExperiencePrior experience working in a remote or distributed teamExposure to international accounting processes (UK/EU accounting is a plus)Experience working with cloud-based accounting systems
