Title: Senior Salesforce DeveloperPosition: ContractMinimum Exp: 7 Years+Location: Hyderabad / RemoteJoining: ImmediateWe are looking for a highly skilled Salesforce Developer with strong hands-on experience in Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex, and Salesforce Lightning to design, develop, and deploy scalable Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, architects, and QA teams to deliver high-quality CRM solutions aligned with business needs.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain Lightning Web Components (LWC) for modern, responsive user interfacesDevelop robust backend logic using Apex (Classes, Triggers, Batch, Queueable, Scheduled jobs)Customize and extend Salesforce Lightning ExperienceImplement business logic using Flows, Validation Rules, Process Builder (where applicable)Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIsEnsure adherence to Salesforce best practices, governor limits, and security standardsPerform code reviews, unit testing, and maintain high code coverageParticipate in requirement analysis, solution design, and deployment activitiesSupport CI/CD processes and manage deployments using tools like Gearset, Copado, or SFDXTroubleshoot production issues and provide ongoing application supportRequirements:Strong experience in Salesforce Development with emphasis on:Lightning Web Components (LWC)Apex (Triggers, Classes, Test Classes)Salesforce Lightning ExperienceSolid understanding of Salesforce Data Model, Security (Profiles, Permission Sets, Sharing Rules)Experience with SOQL/SOSLHands-on experience with Salesforce integrationsStrong debugging and performance optimization skillsExperience working in Agile/Scrum environmentsGood to HaveSalesforce Certifications (Platform Developer I / II, JavaScript Developer)Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Experience CloudKnowledge of Einstein, Omni-Channel, or CPQExposure to DevOps and CI/CD pipelinesExperience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript beyond Salesforce
