Our focus is on gameplay depth, combat systems, and atmospheric worlds. This internship is designed for candidates who want real production experience, not just training assignments.Internship OverviewAs an Unreal Engine Gameplay Developer Intern, you will work closely with senior developers and artists to implement gameplay features using Blueprints. This role is ideal for someone who wants to build a strong Unreal Engine portfolio and transition into a full-time gameplay developer role.Key ResponsibilitiesImplement gameplay logic using Unreal Engine BlueprintsAssist in developing:Player character gameplay (movement, stamina, combat)Enemy interactions and basic AI behaviourUI logic (HUD, menus, interactions)Animation-driven gameplay eventsIntegrate assets (characters, weapons, VFX) into gameplay systemsDebug and fix Blueprint-related issuesFollow structured tasks and coding standardsParticipate in code reviews and feedback sessionsRequired SkillsBasic knowledge of Unreal Engine BlueprintsUnderstanding of gameplay fundamentals:Health, stamina, cooldowns, statesAbility to read and modify existing BlueprintsGood logical thinking and problem-solving skillsPassion for games and game developmentGood to Have (Optional)Familiarity with UE5 Gameplay Framework (Character, Pawn, GameMode)Basic AI concepts (Behaviour Trees, Blackboards)Exposure to Animation BlueprintsParticipation in game jams or personal Unreal projectsBasic understanding of C++ (not required)What You Will LearnProduction-quality Blueprint architectureReal-world gameplay system implementationHow designers, artists, and programmers collaborateDebugging and optimization practices in Unreal EngineIntroduction to C++ gameplay systems (if interested)What We OfferMonthly stipend (₹15–20k)Mentorship from experienced developersCredit in the shipped gameCertificate of completionOpportunity for full-time conversion based on performanceStrong portfolio material for future game industry roles
