You will play a key role in designing and developing scalable, data-driven, and AI-enabled applications for AdTech and SaaSplatforms. This role is hands-on, focusing on system design, backend engineering, andmodern data/AI workflows, while also mentoring junior developers.Responsibilities● Design, develop, and maintain Python-based backend services, APIs, and datapipelines.● Contribute to system architecture and low-level design (LLD) for assigned modules.● Build and optimize ETL workflows (Airflow, dbt, or custom pipelines) for data ingestionand transformation.● Work with search systems, including vector search engines (Elasticsearch,OpenSearch, Pinecone, Weaviate, Milvus, FAISS).● Implement caching strategies (Redis, Memcached) to improve performance.● Integrate with pub/sub messaging systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ) for distributed andevent-driven processing.● Collaborate with product managers, architects, and QA engineers to deliver robustsolutions.● Mentor junior developers through code reviews, pair programming, and knowledgesharing.● Follow best practices for CI/CD, testing, and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).Qualifications● Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, or relatedfield.● 7+ years of professional experience in Python-centric web application development.
