The individual will be responsible for managing HR policies, overseeing employee benefits and relations, and ensuring effective personnel management practices. Additional responsibilities include implementing HR management strategies, collaborating with team leaders to address workforce needs, and maintaining a positive workplace environment. Qualifications Proficiency in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management principlesStrong understanding of HR Policies and Employee Benefits administrationExperience in Personnel Management and maintaining employee satisfactionExcellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skillsAbility to work autonomously in a remote environmentBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferredPrior experience in a startup or technology-focused company is a plus
