We work with leading brands to win Gen-Z through student communities, creator-led campaigns, and on-ground college activations.We’re now building a strong student leadership network across colleges and cities — and we’re looking for Campus Leads and City Leads who are well-connected, influential, and active on campus.If you’re someone people know, trust, and listen to in your college or city, this role is for you.As a Campus Lead / City Lead, you’ll represent us in your college or city and drive brand campaigns at a ground level. You’ll build and manage a team of student ambassadors, execute campaigns, and help expand our student network.This is a remote, paid leadership internship with performance-based incentives and long-term growth opportunities.Your Responsibilities• Recruit, onboard, and manage student ambassadors in your college or city • Drive participation and results for brand campaigns on campus • Leverage your social circle, clubs, societies, and networks to create buzz • Act as the main point of contact between students and our core team • Track basic performance metrics and share regular updates • Identify and onboard potential future campus leads and ambassadorsWho We Are Looking For• Current college students (any year, any course) • Highly active on campus with a strong social circle and network • Comfortable leading people and getting work done • Strong communication and coordination skills • Self-driven, reliable, and result-orientedBonus (Not Mandatory): • Experience with college societies, fests, or ambassador programs • Active on Instagram and/or LinkedInPerks• 100% Remote Internship – work from anywhere • Stipend + Performance-Based Incentives • Brand vouchers, goodies, and exclusive perks • Internship certificate and Letter of Recommendation • Priority access to paid internships and full-time roles • Opportunity to work with top brands and creators • Build a powerful student and industry network
