You will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable, high-quality customizations, automations, and integrations aligned with business needs.Key ResponsibilitiesApex & Backend DevelopmentDesign, develop, and deploy Apex classes, triggers, batch jobs, schedulers, and future/queueable methods.Optimize Apex logic based on governor limits & best practices.Lightning Web Components (LWC)Build interactive and reusable LWC components.Integrate LWC with Apex controllers and platform events.Salesforce ConfigurationCustomize standard & custom objects, fields, page layouts, record types.Build workflows, validation rules, and user permissions.Declarative AutomationCreate and optimize Flows, Process Builder, Approval Processes.Migrate legacy automations to Flows.IntegrationsConnect Salesforce with external systems using REST APIs.Handle authentication, error handling, and data mapping.Scalable ArchitectureUse Custom Metadata Types & Custom Settings for configurable logic.Collaboration & DeliveryWork with business teams to gather requirements and convert them into technical designs.Perform unit testing, debugging, deployment using CI/CD or change sets.Stay updated with Salesforce seasonal releases & platform innovations.Required SkillsStrong hands-on experience in Apex (triggers, classes, batch & schedulers).Expertise in LWC (JavaScript, HTML, CSS).Solid understanding of Salesforce configuration & security model.Proficiency in Flows, automation tools, and declarative features.Experience integrating via REST APIs (JSON parsing, callouts, named credentials).Experience with Custom Metadata Types & Custom Settings.Ability to collaborate with business teams and deliver high-quality solutions.
