Role Overview The Information Technology Solutions function is seeking aDevOps Engineerwith strong software engineering skills and deep expertise inAzure cloud platforms . This role focuses onSaaS, web, and custom development platforms , supporting DevOps practices such asCI/CD pipelines, automation, infrastructure management, and software tools integrationacross multiple environments. As a DevOps Engineer, you will be responsible forleading and establishing DevOps practices , collaborating with engineering teams, and deliveringend-to-end automationfor build, deployment, monitoring, and infrastructure. Success in this role requires the ability to rapidly understand development lifecycle needs, integrate technologies across disparate platforms, and communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Lead, design, and implement DevOps practices and standards across engineering teams Build and maintainCI/CD pipelines , automated testing, and deployment workflows Design and manageAzure DevOps architectures , including build and release pipelines Implement and managesource control strategies(branching, merging, integration) Perform integrations for production builds, hotfixes, and releases Automate infrastructure provisioning and application deployment usingTerraform Implementcontainerized solutionsusing Docker and Kubernetes Applystatic code analysis and security scanningusing tools such as SonarQube, Checkmarx, Orca Security, or similar Ensure adherence to standards, policies, security, and best practices Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve issues in cloud and hosting environments Collaborate with engineering teams to identify and resolve application and infrastructure issues Perform advanced troubleshooting, including code-level debugging and system analysis Monitor environments to ensureSLAs and KPIsare met Maintain strong technical documentation Support Agile delivery practices and continuous improvement initiatives Required Skills & Experience 6+ yearsof overall IT experience 3–5 yearsof hands-on experience withAzure DevOps , including build and release pipelines 3+ yearsof experience in cloud architecture, automation, and infrastructure provisioning Experience withmicroservices, distributed systems, containers, Kubernetes, and/or serverless architectures Strong scripting experience (minimum2 years ) usingPowerShellor similar languages Experience working withLinux-based infrastructure Strong knowledge ofsource control systems(Git) and Application Lifecycle Management tools Experience withcode quality, security scanning, and testing tools(SonarQube, Checkmarx, AppScan, Selenium, unit testing frameworks, etc.) Familiarity withsecurity best practicesintegrated into the SDLC Experience withmonitoring and logging toolssuch as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, or equivalent Experience withAgile methodologiesand tools such as Azure Boards Strong understanding of reusable architecture and automation-first design Education & Soft Skills Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills Ability to influence without direct authority Excellent collaboration skills across cross-functional teams Strong time management, prioritization, and virtual meeting facilitation abilities
