Our ability to deliver results to our clients, stakeholders and communities across a wide and culturally diverse region is made possible by our committed and high performing ‘One Leighton Asia Team’.Leighton Asia is a member of the CIMIC Group, an engineering-led construction, mining, services and public private partnerships leader with a history dating back to 1899.Key Responsibilities:- Project Management: Plan, execute, and deliver the project on time, within budget, and as per quality standards. - Team Leadership: Lead and guide teams to achieve project goals, resolving challenges effectively. - Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with clients, consultants, contractors, and suppliers, ensuring clear and timely communication. - Commercial Management: Monitor financial metrics and create contingencies for risks. Drive cost savings and margin enhancement initiatives. Resolve disputes, manage scope changes, and ensure client satisfaction on commercial matters. Monitor project budgets, control costs, and maintain P&L accountability. - Sub-contractor Management: Develop strategies for selection of sub-contractors/ consultants/suppliers and finalize negotiations. Monitor and review sub-contractor performance, ensure timely resolution of issues. - Safety Compliance: Implement and ensure Health, Safety, and Environmental standards are followed at all stages. - Problem Solving: Address project risks and conflicts with effective, creative solutions.Job requirements- +20 years of experience in project management of large plant/refinery projects - Degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering - Strong understanding of project management, financial/commercial processes, risk management, and safety guidelines. - Experience in EPC industrial construction projects is preferable.
