The ideal candidate will have 5- 10 years of experience in video editing and will play a key role inproducing high-quality content for our YouTube channel.This position requires proficiency in Adobe Premiere, an in-depth understanding of efficient rendering workflows, and the ability to optimise export settings for seamless video production.Key Responsibilities:Edit long-form YouTube contentwith a focus onstorytelling ,visual appeal , andtechnical precision . Manage and optimizevideo rendering workflows , ensuringefficient ,high-quality , andtimely exports . Configure export settingsacross platforms to maintainconsistencyandquality standards . Collaborate with the team to meetdeadlineswhile upholding ahigh standard of work . Troubleshoot and resolve editing/rendering issues , while providingmentorshipto junior editors.Key skills and Qualities:Proficient invideo rendering workflows ,export settings , andfile formats/codecs .
