This role is ideal for someone who wants to build astrong Unreal Engine portfolioand transition into a full-time gameplay developer role.Key ResponsibilitiesImplement gameplay logic usingUnreal Engine Blueprints Assist in developing: Player character gameplay (movement, stamina, combat) Enemy interactions and basic AI behaviour UI logic (HUD, menus, interactions) Animation-driven gameplay events Integrate assets (characters, weapons, VFX) into gameplay systems Debug and fix Blueprint-related issues Follow structured tasks and coding standards Participate in code reviews and feedback sessionsRequired SkillsBasic knowledge ofUnreal Engine Blueprints Understanding of gameplay fundamentals: Health, stamina, cooldowns, states Ability to read and modify existing Blueprints Good logical thinking and problem-solving skills Passion for games and game developmentGood to Have (Optional)Familiarity with UE5 Gameplay Framework (Character, Pawn, GameMode) Basic AI concepts (Behaviour Trees, Blackboards) Exposure to Animation Blueprints Participation in game jams or personal Unreal projects Basic understanding of C++ (not required)What You Will LearnProduction-quality Blueprint architecture Real-world gameplay system implementation How designers, artists, and programmers collaborate Debugging and optimization practices in Unreal Engine Introduction to C++ gameplay systems (if interested)What We OfferMonthly stipend (₹15–20k) Mentorship from experienced developers Credit in the shipped game Certificate of completion Opportunity for full-time conversion based on performance Strong portfolio material for future game industry roles
