Seeking a Techno-Functional Avature ATS Consultant with strong experience inend-to-end Avature ATS implementation , configuration, integrations, and support. The role involves partnering with TA and HR stakeholders to design, deploy, and optimize Avature recruiting solutions. Key Responsibilities: Leadend-to-end Avature ATS implementations(requirements, design, configuration, testing, go-live) Configure workflows, forms, fields, and user permissions Gather and translate business requirements into system solutions Manage integrations with HRIS, job boards, and third-party vendors Build reports/dashboards and provide post-go-live support and enhancements Required Skills: Hands-on experience withAvature ATS end-to-end implementation Experience 4y+ Techno-functional expertise (configuration + stakeholder management) Strong understanding of Talent Acquisition processes Experience with integrations and reporting Preferred: Avature certification HRIS integrations (Workday/SAP/Oracle)
