This role encompasses devising Business plans, harnessing market trends, nurturing dealership & field team, driving nationwide Accessories sales & Service products (Extended Warranty, AMC etc) penetration, amplifying market presence, aligning with the organization's mission to Increase AXS / Car Business both in Showroom & workshop. Explore & elevate new sales Stream including AXS & Service products penetration in Rural/Used car sales.1/ AXS Business plan & Achievement - Set and achieve ambitious sales targets for AXS across various regions in India. - Monitor and evaluate sales performance regularly, implementing corrective actions as needed to ensure target Achievement. - Regularly monitor sales performance, analyze sales data, and derive insights to drive informed decision-making, reduce dispersion at all levels2/ Develop & Deploy Strategies to promote Business. - Develop and execute a comprehensive nationwide AXS sales strategy aligned with company goals and market trends (Including AXS Incentive Planning & Implementation) - Ensuring AXS Sales Promotion in Possible Verticals (Showroom, workshop, Rural & Used Cars sales) - Regional Reviews & Monitoring business growthEnhance product portfolioDevelopment and introduction of new accessory products (serial life and merchandize) Evaluate value added accessory packs to enhance vehicle personalization and upsell opportunities3/ Service products penetration (Extended Warranty, AMC, RSA etc) - Drive & Improve Service Products penetration - Coordination with service provider for improving the Customer Retention Product sales including Renault Secure (Extended Warranty Sales), Easy Care (AMC) & RSA Sales4/ Detailed Market Analysis and Trends -Conduct thorough analysis of AXS Items Level Sales, AXS Range and stay updated on industry trends to identify opportunities for growth - Utilize market insights to adapt strategies and capitalize on emerging trends & feedback to product development team5/ Network deployment Actions - Strategies on Dealers AXS Inventory optimization, dealership profitability Enhancement, Customer satisfaction, Managing Warranty, Maintaining Dealer Fill Ratio. -Dealer manpower resource management & trainingB-Tech/ BE Degree Additional Qualification - MBA (Marketing Management) Relevant Experience Managing National Accessories sales with Car manufacturer Team Leader, Business Development & Analytical Skills.
