We are looking for a driven Legal Research & Workflow Intern to work directly with the founding team. Key Responsibilities 1. Legal Research & Workflow Development - Work closely with the founders to design, test, and refine legal research flows and decision-making frameworks. - Translate complex statutes, rules, and case law into structured, technology-friendly workflows. - Assist in drafting compliance checklists, workflow maps, and knowledge artefacts. 2. Customer Interaction & Problem Discovery - Speak with users (lawyers, legal teams, and businesses) to uncover their top legal pain points. - Consolidate findings into actionable insights that guide product design and feature prioritisation. - Participate in feedback sessions and convert user behaviour into structured data for product decisions. 3. Contribution to Core Legal Technology - Provide legal interpretation, statutory understanding, and research support that feeds directly into the AI and automation stack. - Review, validate, and organise legal content that will power Bharat.Law’s core technology. - Work with the engineering team to ensure legal accuracy in prototypes, workflows, and research features. What You’ll Gain - Direct exposure to how legal systems are translated into scalable technology. - Mentorship from founders working at the intersection of law, engineering, and product strategy. - First-hand experience in legal problem-solving and customer-driven product development. - A fast-paced learning environment with real responsibility and ownership.
