Key ResponsibilitiesRetail Branding: Execute and maintain branding across dealer outlets, ensuring updated, premium, andconsistent visibility.BTL Activations: Plan and implement below-the-line activities such as plumber meets, influencer engagement,and in-store promotions.Dealer Engagement: Build strong dealer relationships by explaining trade schemes, promotions, andmarketing programs effectively.Brand Consistency: Ensure all retail touchpoints reflect the RAK and KLUDI brand ethos in design,communication, and execution.Campaign Execution: Support national and regional campaigns by adapting and executing them at the locallevel.Market Feedback: Capture dealer and consumer insights to share with sales and marketing teams forcontinuous improvement.Performance Tracking: Monitor ROI of trade activations and ensure timely reporting of results.Skills & Qualification Graduate/Postgraduate in Marketing, Business, or related field. 3–6 years of experience in trade marketing/BTL execution/retail branding, preferably in buildingmaterials, FMCG, or consumer durables. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with ability to engage dealers, influencers, and channelpartners. Hands-on experience in managing vendors/agencies for branding and activations.
