Senior SAP ABAP Developer – Global FMCGAbout the Role We are supporting a major global food manufacturing organisation in hiring aSenior SAP ABAP Developer (ABAPer)for a 6-month contract. This role sits within a large-scalePR/PO invoice transformation programmeand requires a developer who is comfortable operating in a complex, multinational SAP environment.You will work closely with global process owners, functional consultants, and technical teams to deliver high-quality ABAP development, ensuring smooth integration and performance across a sophisticated SAP landscape.Key Responsibilities Develop, enhance, and maintain SAP ABAP solutions within the PR/PO invoice workstream Collaborate with cross-functional teams across multiple time zones (US, EU, APAC) Support functional colleagues with technical feasibility, solution design, and troubleshooting Contribute to code reviews, documentation, and best-practice development standards Work within a structured programme environment with clear sprint deliverablesEssential Experience Senior-level SAP ABAP (7+ years)with deep expertise in core development tools Strong hands-on experience withReports, Enhancements, Interfaces, User Exits, BAPIs, BADIs, and Forms (SmartForms/Adobe) Proven background working onglobal SAP programmeswithin large enterprises Experience supporting PR/PO, invoicing, procurement, or finance-related SAP processes Strong communicator with the ability to work effectively across global teams Comfortable working autonomously and driving workstreams to completionContract Details Length:6 months (with potential extension) Start:February 2026 Location:Remote with cross-time zone collaboration
