Responsibilities - Lead Generation & Loan Sourcing - Source Micro Home Loans and LAPs up to ₹10 lakhs - Promote products like Subhash Saral and Suniwash - Build local network, generate leads through fieldwork, community outreach, and referrals - Product Promotion & Customer Interaction - Educate affordable housing segment customers on loan options and eligibility - Conduct initial financial assessments to recommend suitable loans - Documentation & Processing - Collect and verify documents; ensure compliance with internal and legal standards - Legal & Technical Coordination - Coordinate with legal teams for property checks and with valuers for technical reports - Disbursement Coordination - Liaise with Asset Centre to ensure timely disbursal - Troubleshoot legal, technical, and documentation issues Qualifications - Education: Minimum Graduation - Experience: Fresh graduates with strong interpersonal skills and local travel readiness are eligible Required Skills - Strong communication and negotiation skills - Basic understanding of home loans and LAP products - Knowledge of local geography and borrower segments - Proficiency in local languages (preferred) - Ability to ride a two-wheeler (mandatory for field visits)
