Head of Digital Marketing | Noida | Leadership RoleAre you a digital growth leader passionate about scaling D2C brands and e-commerce revenue?We are looking for a Head of Digital Marketing who can drive full-funnel digital strategy—from Brand Awareness to Performance Marketing and Marketplace Sales (Amazon, Flipkart).If you are a strategic thinker + hands-on executor with proven expertise in growing online revenue, we’d love to meet you.⭐ Key ResponsibilitiesDigital Growth & Strategy- Build and implement 360° digital marketing strategy aligned with business growth - Own digital revenue, marketing budgets, and ROAS performance - Lead and mentor a team across Social Media, SEO, Content, Design, and Performance MarketingPerformance Marketing & D2C Growth- Manage and scale paid campaigns on Google Ads (Search, Shopping, YouTube) and Meta Ads - Own traffic acquisition, conversion rate optimization (CRO), CAC efficiency & remarketing - Track CLTV, funnel performance, and analytics dashboardsE-Commerce Marketplace Leadership- Oversee Amazon & Flipkart listings, A+ content, buy-box optimization & PPC ads - Improve organic ranking, visibility & marketplace revenue✨ Brand & Social Media Management- Maintain a strong and consistent brand identity - Plan monthly content calendars for storytelling + product campaigns - Oversee visual creatives, website & landing pages for high CTRInfluencer & Community Marketing- Develop Influencer Partnerships and Affiliate programs - Track KPIs beyond engagement—sales lift, coupon usage, trafficWhat We’re Looking For- 6–8 years of experience in Digital Marketing, including 4+ years managing teams - Strong expertise in: - ✔ GA4, Google Ads, Meta Business Manager - ✔ Amazon Seller Central / Amazon Ads - ✔ SEO tools like SEMrush/Ahrefs - Proven ability to scale online revenue with a strong analytical and creative mindset - A leader who excels in execution + strategic planningKey Success Metrics- Digital Sales Growth (MoM) - Blended ROAS ≥ 4x - Marketplace ACOS improvement - Social Engagement & Reach growth - Team efficiency and campaign launch speedWhy This Role is Exciting- High impact leadership role with full ownership of digital growth - Opportunity to innovate and lead end-to-end digital transformation - Work across dynamic channels: D2C, Performance, Social, Influencers & Marketplaces
