About the Role We are looking for a Technical Program Manager who brings the perfect blend of engineering depth + program leadership. If you've written code, shipped products, and now love driving cross-functional execution, this is your role. Ideal for candidates who grew from Software Engineer Program Manager and have experience scaling e-commerce or marketplace products in fast-paced startups. What You Will Own - Drive end-to-end delivery of technical programs, from requirements architecture execution launch. - Work closely with engineering, product, design, QA, and data teams to ensure smooth delivery and alignment. - Translate business goals into technical roadmaps, sprint plans, and measurable OKRs. - Own cross-functional communication, risk management, dependencies, and stakeholder updates. - Deeply understand system design, APIs, backend flows & frontend interactions to unblock teams quickly. - Lead high-velocity execution for 0 1 and 1 10 product initiatives in e-commerce (catalog, payments, logistics, supply chain, checkout, growth, etc.). - Implement processes for agile planning, sprint reviews, retros, RCA, and delivery governance. - Drive operational excellence: performance, SLA adherence, launches, documentation, dashboards. - Act as the technical voice in planning conversations and the program driver during execution. Who You Are - Started career as a Software Engineer (hands-on coding background is a must). - 2-4 years in engineering + 2-4 years in technical program or product delivery roles. - Experience working in e-commerce, marketplace, D2C, logistics tech, or consumer internet. - Proven startup experience: fast-paced environment, ambiguity, multi-functional ownership. - Strong understanding of system architecture, APIs, microservices, cloud (AWS/GCP). - Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving abilities. - Data-driven with ability to create reports, dashboards, risk logs, and delivery metrics. - High ownership mindset - able to drive outcomes without micromanagement.
