This opportunity is ideal for professionals who want hands-on exposure to the US freight brokerage and logistics market.Position OverviewWe are hiring Business Development Executives (Sales) and Dispatch Executives (Operations) to support our North American logistics operations.Depending on your skills and experience, you will be aligned with Sales or Dispatch, or cross-trained over time.Note: Apply only if you’re comfortable working the Night Shift (6:30 PM - 3:30 AM).Role 1: Business Development Executive (Sales)Key ResponsibilitiesOutbound sales calling and email outreach to shippers and logistics decision-makers in North AmericaIdentify new business opportunities and build a strong sales pipelinePresent logistics and freight solutions clearly and persuasivelyNegotiate freight rates and close dealsManage end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to closureMaintain accurate records in CRM systemsMeet or exceed sales targets consistentlyStay informed about market trends and competitor activityRole 2: Dispatch Executive (Operations)Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate freight movement between carriers and shippersBook loads, negotiate rates with carriers, and ensure timely dispatchTrack shipments and provide real-time updates to clientsResolve transit issues and handle exceptions professionallyMaintain accurate load details and documentation in TMS/CRMCommunicate effectively with US-based drivers, carriers, and clientsEnsure smooth execution of daily logistics operationsRequirementsExcellent English communication skills (verbal & written)Comfortable working the US night shiftTarget-driven, proactive, and detail-orientedAbility to work in a fast-paced logistics environmentWillingness to learn and grow in the US freight industryPrior experience in US logistics, freight brokerage, sales, or dispatch is a plus but not mandatory.Benefits & PerksCTC: Starting from ₹25,000 to ₹30,000 per month (In-hand salary between ₹20,000 to ₹25,000 + Both-side cab service in Gurugram), depending on skills and experience.
